Q: Do they work?
A: Don't worry! We rigorously inspect and test each mat to ensure it's fully functional and in great working condition, the imperfections are purely cosmetic.
Q: Can they be returned?
A: All sales are final. No returns. Because these are either samples or imperfects and being sold at a huge discount then they are all sold as-is. No returns.
Q: Is shipping still FREE?
A: Yes! I hate to pay for shipping, so I want to make sure my customers never do either. Shipping is still FREE. Most orders ship on the same or next business day from when they were ordered.

How fast is processing and shipping?
Orders that are received by 2pm Mountain Time will ship out that same day. If an order is received after 2pm, it will ship out the next business day.
Standard FREE shipping is USPS Ground or UPS Ground, and usually takes 2-5 business days for transport depending on where you live. Shipments leave from Denver, CO.
